Refund policy
Refunds or Returns
All our dresses are made to order, made to measure or bespoke creations, for this reason we do not except returns and do not offer refunds. If there is any issue with your dress please contact me at thetullegirlsociety@gmail.com and we can discuss how the issue can be resolved.
Damaged/ Faulty
Once you receive your order you'll have 3 days to report any damage or fault and I will try my best to resolve this for you. As you are responsible for sending your correct measurements, I will not be responsible for the dress being to big or small, however if you contact me within the time frame I'll be happy to alter the dress, time permitted.
Cancellation
You have 24 hours to cancel your order. After the 24 hour period I start working on your dress, buying fabrics and creating patterns.
